Merril Pious Jacob is an experienced Senior Software Engineer with a focus on Vehicle Autosar Diagnostic Communication and Cybersecurity for China and Indian OEMs. Currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Bosch, he is responsible for Diagnostic Communication and Cyber Security projects, ensuring delivery of SW components and supporting other Active Safety teams in the organization. Merril is an active learner and is interested in the fields of AI/ML, Neural Networks, Nocode, Design, Quantum computing, and Crypto. He keeps himself updated with the latest trends in technology to help solve problems and provide solutions to his clients. With over 5.53 years of relevant experience, Merril has worked in various roles at Bosch. As a Software Engineer, he was responsible for Diagnostic Communication Project for ABS/ESP China OEM projects, while as an Associate Software Engineer, he worked on Diagnostic Communication Project for Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS)/ Electronic Stability Program (ESP) ECUs for China OEM projects. Merril holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Rajagiri School of Engineering and Technology. He has also completed Neural Network Foundations and Python Foundation Nanodegree from Udacity. Merril is proficient in Software Engineering, AI, ML, Neural Networks, Search, and Integration. He is passionate about finding efficient ways to do everyday work activities and documenting those for helping the rest of the team do their work better.
